SECURE FIXED-INCOME INVESTMENTS
These are typically short-term investments of 3-12 months. Invested capital is a loan on a construction or rehab project; ROI is realized when the property is sold or refinanced. Partners in Fixed Income investments are secured by a Note tied directly to the mortgage, a publicly recorded legal instrument filed with the County Clerk.
LONG-TERM GROWTH INVESTMENTS WITH CONSISTENT DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTIONS
Partners in Interest Income investments receive quarterly dividend payments, payable to themselves or a designated legal entity of their choice. Investors have a direct ownership interest in the properties, providing long-term appreciation potential with tax-advantaged quarterly distributions.
